Customer Review: Great product for an Unusual Need

we live full time in OUR RV, a 33ft diesel pusher, I bought this RC controlled outlet so I could remotely turn on/off an Auxiliary DC converter-charger, ( a 55amp battery charger-power converter for charging RV batteries ) that pulls 11amps, I installed the RC outlet and the new auxiliary charger in the compartment with the OEM installed converter, where they would share the same 120vac power circuit, I can turn the extra boost charger on when I need a faster recharge of the 4 installed house batteries, and turn it off when its NOT needed, the OEM unit stays in use and is NOT affected, and I did NOT have to change or add any 120v circuits or switches or circuit breakers
the load is 11amps @ 120v at full power, and the Stanley handles it perfectly
5 stars (2) thumbs up, if you need easy control of 120v up to a 15amp load, I recommend this product
