Customer Review: Works but no minute settings

I purchased 24 Stanley indoor timers and they are functionally fantastic, so I bought this one blindly thinking it would have similar features: wrong! It doesn't have minute settings, so you need to wait around and set the time on the hour. ???? and it doesn't have a battery backup like the indoor timers do. It works, but when the power goes I'll have to reset it. On the positive side it is VERY easy to set it.
