An alternative to overhead mounted door closers, this spring hinge looks and performs like a premium concealed bearing hinge and is well suited for residential work. Anti-friction bearings take vertical and lateral loads; the patented ratchet design allows for quick fine-tuning of tension with just an Allen hex key. The hinge can be installed right- or left-handed, can be used with doors measuring up to four by eight feet and weighing up to 180 pounds, and comes complete with a wrench, adjusting pins, and directions. Backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship, this product features square corners, measures 4-by-4-inches, and comes in a satin brass finish.
